Resadisk device

Resadisk is a flexible and adjustable electrified catheter for tissue ablation through the use of cold radiofrequency ablation by means of the “molecular quantum” technology.
This tool has been devised for a mini-invasive percutaneous approach to the disk nucleus.
It makes it possible to vaporise the disk nucleus, resulting in an instant loss of compression of disk bulging. It is indicated in the treatment of moderate median or intraforaminal hernias with chronic discogeneous “lumbar and lumbar sciatic” pain.
In addition to this, this technique is indicated as an alternative to mechanical microdiscectomy where and when partial or total disk removal is suggested.

It is equipped with a bevelled operating tip, whose advancement progression calculated by millimetres.
The pull-out flexible part is equipped with placing memory, in order to easily reach several potential and different areas of the disk nucleus.
Resadisk is used with a 15-gauge, 270mm long crafword needle for percutaneous insertion.
