Molecular quantum resonance radiofrequency generator
The molecular quantum resonance radiofrequency generator by the name of Resablator 50, is indicated for cold tissue ablation.
Indeed, it makes it possible to use the Resaflex terminal in cold ablation of cicatricial pathological tissues within the epidural space, as well as the Reasadisk terminal for disk nucleus ablation.
Physical principles of “Molecular Quantum Resonance”
Each time a system is given energy, most of this is dispersed as heat, that is molecular kinetic energy (the average value of this energy is defined as temperature). The challenge was to devise a system capable of transferring energy to biological tissues, in order to perform ablation or coagulation without resulting in increased tissue temperature or, in any case, to keep the temperature below a 50-degree threshold (under this figure, cells remain alive and are not harmed).
Molecular quantum energy “Resablation” theoretical basis:
- There is an energy quantum value capable of breaking any type of atomic bond (molecular, etc.) without resulting in increased kinetic energy in affected atoms or molecules and, therefore, without making the temperature rise.
- Any form of energy passes from a source to a “target” by energy packages or quanta; the energy value carried depends on the frequency of the source which produced it.
- When these energy quanta hit their “Target”, an action of this type takes place in biological tissues.
If the quantum energy value is different from the binding energy of the affected molecule or atom, only an increase of kinetic energy in the atom or molecule takes place, without breaking their bond, which results in the temperature increasing. If the quantum energy value is equal to the bond energy of the affected atom or molecule, then all the quantum energy is used to break the bond in question, without increasing kinetic energy and, as a consequence, without making the temperature rise.
We have defined this energy value as “Q-gamma”.
How “molecular quantum energy Resablation” works: Ablation is due to the cell structure breakage by the energy supplied through Resaflex” and “ Resadisk” tip.
Ablation is cold, precise and its thickness is variable. From a clinical point of view, it means that secondary necrosis rates are equal to zero.
Resablator 50 generates alternate current with high-frequency waves combined in a peculiar way (C.S.S. system), the fundamental wave being at 4 MHz and the subsequent waves being at 8, 12 and 16 MHz. The values generated break molecular bonds without resulting in increased kinetic energy in affected atoms and molecules and, therefore, without making the temperature rise.
